The Customer Support System (CSS) allows customers direct access to our ISO Quality Managed Customer Support System.
Customers can create new and review previous communications, check the current status of any logged communication and send us more information if required. All updates are immediately displayed in the same database used by the Sysmex New Zealand Support Team.
To access the CSS, customers require a username & password. This is normally arranged via our Support Team or an Account Manager.
