In this concise talk, I hope to relate our experience of the past few months in dealing with these challenges, and hopefully you may be able to use some of the tools we used in your own setting. It has become cliché now, but we are in a uncharted territory, this new normal. This is true even for us, partly sheltered in the laboratory. This Covid reality we are in right now, has brought about its tremendous share of challenges in all aspects of our healthcare system; weather at the financial, infrastructure, manpower even at the emotional level.
